This is a rough for one of the three color illustrations Mike and I used in our pitch of Avatar: The Last Airbender. It is one of the earliest drawings I did of Aang and Appa, from April 18, 2002. It is crazy to think that Mike and I have been working on this project in one form or another for the past 10 years… D’AWWWHAWWWWHAWWWWW
